With the founder’s passion for food and an influence from Siamese culture, Red Thai Cuisine was launched in 1999. Currently this restaurant has branches in Taoyuan, Taichung and Kaohsiung.
Famous chefs, hired from Thailand with a handsome salary, personally pick the best spices locally in Thailand. Only a fussy attitude like this towards local fresh seafood, the quality of meat and seasonal vegetables and fruits, permits us to meet the standard of “sour”, “spicy”, “fresh” and “sweet” flavors.
The restaurant has not changed its aims, i.e., authentic taste, attentive service and fresh & healthy food.
