How to Claim

Proxy Claim: If someone else is claiming on your behalf, the claimant must have identification documents for both themselves and the owner.
Note: Valuable items or named securities must be claimed in person by the owner. The shopping mall is not responsible for safekeeping.

Lost Item Management Process

(1) Lost items will be publicly announced for claiming within fifteen days from the date they are found, and the shopping mall will categorize and store them.
(2) Items valued over NT$500 will be transferred to 【Xipu Police Station】 if they exceed the announcement period, and you will need to inquire at the police station for claim.
(3) Items valued below NT$500 will be claimed by the finder after the announcement period has expired or may be sold for their value.
(4) Documents, mobile phones, and cash will be handled by 【Xipu Police Station】 within three days.
(5) Perishable items will be disposed of by the company to maintain environmental hygiene.
